 -- Windows Vista Ultimate, Ver. 6.0 (Build 6001: Service Pack 1)
 -- Download SourceForge – PythonCAD home, menu Files:
   PythonCAD_Pre_Alfa_03.exe, “Pre Alfa 03” Windows, 13.0MB 2010-08-29
 -- PythonCad\unins000.exe, so to un-install current “02” version
 -- Set-up wizard: PythonCAD_Pre_Alfa_03.exe, just down-loaded
 -- Start button PythonCad. Only result: an instantaneous flash of an empty black command prompt (DOS) window, then nothing else.

As a result of further enquiry I've then “discovered” that:
 -- PythonCAD “03” can run if used by Mr. Administrator, with a command prompt window that remains always active, echoing commands and messages, sort of. 
Whereas “normal” Users are not allowed to work at all. Of course, being a “normal” User, I'm forced to switch back to the former “02” version, that was much more democratic.-
