[Pythoncad-developer] PythonCAD_Pre_Alfa_03

Hi,
   Please be aware that PythonCAD_Pre_Alfa_03 (Windows) doesn't work at all, it doesn't even run. Fortunately I had no problem to un-install it, in favor of the former “02” version.
