[Pythoncad-developer] R38 First Pre Alfa Relese for windows

Hi all,
I'm Glade do say that the first Pre Alfa R38 Release it's ready for windows user at the following adress:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/pythoncad/files/pythoncad/R38/Pre%20Alfa/pythoncad_qt.zip/download

Install Instruction:
- Download the file
- Extract all the content of the zip file 
- exec the pythoncad_qt.exe file.
