At this time I want to USE pythoncad, not test it.  For me, this means using the version packaged by my distribution.  With the version from Gentoo, "pythoncad -v" returns "PythonCAD - DS1 - Release 37 Alfa"  Is this the old version, or a alpha release of the new version?  I might be willing to try an early release of R38 if there was a tarball, but at this time I choose not to use a version from git.  I do not know how far along development of the new version is, but you might get more help testing if you provided a version for distributions to package.  (Sorry if there is one and I just missed it - but I don't see it on the main project page.)

I also want to use PythonCAD. Would like to see of course the professional version, but I'm willing to wait. It is a promising project. I'm having issues when using.
missing the window of the command line - I can not restore. Not working properly the mirror. I would like to see the grid and dimension lines. So you need a dynamic input line sizes. The style of work in the program, preferably as in QCAD.
