[python-sybase] Making Sybase driver 0.37 multithreaded.

Hello, we have some developers at my firm who are using the Python Sybase 
drivers.  They like it, the drivers are working well, but it seems to grab a 
Giant Lock (Global Interpreter Lock) when it runs.  Are there any plans to 
get multi-threading enabled?
