[python-sybase] Request for help with the module

Sorry for my unresponsiveness of late, I am completely snowed under with
work (and have been for some time now).

I do not have the time to do development work on the Sybase module, but
I will make time to integrate patches.  If people are willing to send
patches I will integrate them and issue releases.
