[python-sybase] windows binaries

Hello,

I saw on https://vole.object-craft.com.au/projects/sybase/ that the Sybase 
module for python is working with a WIN2000 client. Unfortunately, I don't 
have a C compiler available right now. If someone could provide me some 
binaries, that would be very helpfull.
