#32 py-mark-block doesn't highlight region

py-mark-block doesn't highlight the region, while py-mark-def-or-class
does it (as expected).

I use transient-mark-mode (and cua-mode), the active region is
supposed to be highlighted.

I tried fixing it myself, no luck, sorry!

(This is the CVS version as of 07/2005)
