#2 add power management features

Hi! This is a follow-up to an issue raised in the email conversation. Stalonetray 'sleeps' very briefly waiting for X events and this is causing the CPU to wake up very often. This often leads to an increase in power consumption, which affects most esp. laptops. To debug, please install 'powertop' and kernel version that is above 2.6.21.
