#4 Temperature format incorrect for US METAR reports

METAR is reporting incorrect format for US METAR reports. Temperature should be reported in Farenheit regardless of source temp in the US which does not use older celius units. An option to request the temp in Farenheit or force to Farenheit for US stations would be a plus.
