[Python-markdown-discuss] Missing Simple Tables extension

I recently noticed that the "Simple Tables" extension listed in
Available Extensions [1] is no longer available at the provided link.
However, I did find it with the Way Back Machine here [2].


Andrej, would you mind is we hosted a copy on the project site? Or,
perhaps it's moved and you, like me, are waiting for Yuri to fix the
login so you can edit the link.
