[Python-markdown-discuss] Markdown extras?

Hi,

I haven't been following the Python version that closely the 
last year so I would like to ask if there is a version that 
supports definition lists? (actually I would like to see 
something like multimarkdown but defintion lists are enough for 
what I've got in mind)
