/usr/local/src/openldap-2.2.24/libraries/libldap_r is the source
directory of libldap_r. Did you install OpenLDAP with 'make install'?

The directories set with directive library_dirs are pointing to the
source directories. This will likely not work. OpenLDAP is not properly
installed.
