Major fixes to Lib/ldap/ldapobject.py - please test!

HI!

Note that I've checked in a modified version of Lib/ldap/ldapobject.py.
It contains some major fixes for how methods are called and results are
returned.

I'd like to encourage everybody to test it with own applications!
