There are surely DB-API modules for Python to access Oracle databases.

Since we're here on python-ldap-dev you maybe ask about access Oracle 
Internet Directory which is the LDAP server product implemented by 
Oracle. Is this what you're after?

Should be no problem to access OpenLDAP with python-ldap.
