problem with python ldap

i have  python 2.1.3 pythonldap 2.0.0pre0.7 and i have
this message when i try to import ldap :

ImportError: /lib/libcrypt.soP: shared object not open

please tell me what to do and is that why i have on my
Zope some products like LDAPUserFolder that are broken ?
