Several possibilities:
1. Ask the admin to increase the size limit.

No. You can just limit search by everything you can mention in a 
LDAP search filter. A general LDAP forum is more appropriate to 
discuss this.

Some LDAP servers can impose different size limits for different 
bind DNs. Usually the Manager DN is not affected by size limits 
and ACLs.
