ldapthreadlock.py and web2ldap

Hi! Just wanted to note that ldapthreadlock.py is still used by the =
application web2lap. It looks like ldapthreadlock.py has been removed =
from the cvs distribution. I was able to download a copy from CVS's =
Attic, but you may want to consider keeping it in the distribution or =
telling the web2ldap developers to use other methods.
