ldap_set_option() and ldap_get_option()

HI!

it would be nice if python-ldap exposes the ldap_set_option() and
ldap_get_option() calls and the constants of Netscape's SDK. I'm
fine if it could be done with simple methods of LDAPObject class.

According to the Netscape's C-SDK docs this would solve many of my
problems.
