Memory leak patches by Johannes

HI!

I tested the patched python-ldap of Johannes (fixes memory leaks).
All functions seem to work. IMHO we should now focus on providing a
proper release on python-ldap.sourceforge.net before adding new
functionality or rewriting bigger parts of python-ldap.

It has high priority that people are able to download a source
tar.gz and package maintainers can make RPMs and build Windows DLLs.

Who is able to provide pre-compiled Windows modules? That's
important!

A section for pre-compiled packages should be on the web pages.
