directory structure changed

okay, 
finally moved everything around. I recommend using the -dP flags for cvs update
when you next sync your trees.

i stuck an ldap.py in Lib, but that will go when fog is ready to move 
ldaplib/ldap to Lib/ldap

also made a few misc changes to configure..

remember, you have to run autoheader before autoconf.
