excellent.. hang back a bit .. 

what i'd like to see from both you and fog is a short example or
outline of how you'd like to see a higher level library being used. I've
got a rough idea of how fog's works -actually i recall now that i've seen
sample pseudocode for his classes..

so what's your api look like, michael? can we pick out the good bits? :)
