yet another version (precompiled, new version string)

python-ldap-cvs010102-1.i386.rpm has been posted and the other one removed

This takes uses the build_py -O1 step to generate byte-compiled (.pyo)
versions of the libraries. It also hopefully handles the versioning well
enough. Have fun.. Thanks to Michael for all the pointers for a setup.py
newbie like myself.
