Help wanted!

The python-iptables stuff has been had a lot of the basic work done. It however needs people to work on finishing the project.

Things which need to be done include,
* Updated to work with latest pyrex releases
* Finish the change support
* Finish finding and fixing the leaks
* Adding support for ulog and tc
