#1 confusion about multiple meanings of "alias"

python-dbo uses the word "alias" with at least three
distinct meanings:

- The thing which ties a database object to a
connection (dbo.Table.alias)
- An alternate name for a table in a join (dbo.Alias)
- The name of the real table corresponding to an alias
in a join (dbo.Alias.alias)
