Eric,
I will incorporate those changes and perhaps some other ones during
regular preparation to a version release. If some incompatibility comes
out I will have to fix it anyway. When exactly will it happen, I couldn't
promise, pehaps within a month or two. Still have to give the caching
code enough production testing :)
