Pythana would benefit from a plug-in system, I have forked from trunk V0.4.0 to create a new project called 'PyMaker' - a Python project builder and verification system, I would like to bring my changes onto the main Pythana trunk and a plug-in system would be cleanest method.

I have dropped the priority to 2 from 5 as yes it's a nice to have, but I can see a lot of issues trying to implement it.

Here are a few for you:
* How will you export information to the plugin such as file info etc etc?
* Will it support right-click on mouse and the top level menu
* What functionality do you expect to be able to add?

Downgraded to 1, I love the idea but my experiments to get it working are all failing, Py2Exe appears to be the issue.

I will keep looking for a possible solution.
