Well, the announcements just came out, so no, we wouldn't. :-)

Anyway, pytables is in the "universe" repository, not in the main one, so
it isn't included in the release anyway. I don't what the versioning
guidelines for "universe" are, maybe there's still a possibility to put it
in. Otherwise, we'll have to wait for the next release.
