Well, I personally never try it, but you should be able to do it. Look
were ptrepack was installed, put this directory in your path and you
should be done.

To my understanding, you don't need any Cygwin software installed.

As an aside, please, note that you only need to repack your files if
they contains indexes and you want to use them.
