[Pyssh-discuss] setup.py

Hi,

Just starting to play with pyssh. I see you want a setup.py. I can
probably do one fairly easily. Do you want the modules re-structured as
a package, e.g. pyssh/__init__.py, with nbpipe and ptyext underneath?
(That's what I recommend to maintain your own namespace.)
