Hi Kevin,
One way is to install MinGW (www.mingw.org) which is a port of the gcc
to Windows. It also helps to install MSYS, from the same website,
which gives you a nice Linux-like terminal. I've compiled Pysparse
with Python 2.6 so I expect this should work, although I have never
tried on Windows.
