Hello Daniel

I have tested the new Windows installer on a Windows 7 Enterprise 32-bit 
system (fresh install) and had no particular problems with it. Did you 
test using a 64-bit edition?

However there seems to be an issue with the superlu module: The tests 
fail on Windows 7 and also on Windows XP. I'll look into that.
