#6 Tooltips for cardnames and piles

It would be nice to show the name of the card under the mouse,
e.g. after hovering for half a second, or when pressing some key.

This would be most useful for unfamilar decktypes, like Tarot,
Hanafuda, etc.

Same for spots on the table (talon, waste, foundations etc), like now when pressing F2.
