#15 Hex A Deck should use more hexadecimal

I just started to play a Hex A Deck game, and I noticed that the quantities of cards in the stock and in the talon are shown in decimal rather than in hexadecimal. But the card ranks themselves are shown in hexadecimal.

Please pick a base and stick to it. So please show "ten cards left" as "A", and "sixteen cards left" as "10". Either that or change the indices on the cards to decimal. But mixing bases makes no sense, at least to me.
