#12 Highlight current gametype in menu

Currently, only the game in the last level of the selection-menu
is marked with a tickmark.

When selecting a new type of game from the menu,
it would be nice to highlight the path to the current gametype in the menu,
e.g. by making the menuitems on the path bold.

E.g.: highlite "FrenchGames" + "Spider type",
as well as "All games by name" + "Sig - Spi".
