F- Secure finally answered to me. They did not find any problems.

I have now sent the last updated file to F-Secure. Even if they find it harmless, the information will not spread to the virus protection.
I did it again.

It is working now. Finally.
The situation is back on. F-Secure blocked the program again. I immediately filed a complaint there.
Today I received a message from F-Secure that it was a false alarm. Now we wait for it to be released.
