Hi Shravan, Thanks for reaching out! It’s probably better to use GitHub issues now days. You are right, pysnmp 5 will only depend on pysnmpcrypto (only for strong crypto). I am hoping to make a release by the end of this summer. It’s mostly a matter of my time to finalize bits and pieces. There is no released beta version, however you can just use GitHub master repo for the latest version. > On 2 Jul 2019, at 15:36, Shravan B.R <sh...@pu...> wrote: > > Hi Team, > > We have a requirement to do SNMP commands from python code to get some details. In current master branch, I see that this dependency is removed and now it depends on pysnmpcrypto. We want to use the package that has dependency on pysnmpcrypto. Can you please let me know when is the next scheduled release for Pysnmp? As the current master branch removed the pycryptodomex dependency, I am assuming that next release of pysnmp will not have this pycryptodomex dependency. Also, is there any beta version available with current master branch so that we can try it out? > > If this is not the correct email group, please let me know the correct alias for this query. > > Thanks a lot in advance. > > Thanks > Shravan > _______________________________________________ > pysnmp-dev mailing list > pys...@li... <mailto:pys...@li...> > https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/pysnmp-dev <https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/pysnmp-dev> |
