Made a bit of progress, with this manual MIB file compilation:

mibdump.py /opt/nss/etc/snmp/mibs/cisco/AIRESPACE-WIRELESS-MIB.mib

That created two MIB files in the .py format in ~/.pysnmp/mibs folder.

But my code still throws exception:
