[Pysnmp-dev] [PATCH] Improve snmpwalk speed

Hi,

for large MIBs (~4600 PDUs with ~700 containing data) pysnmp takes quite some
time until a full snmpwalk is completed. 
For my use case the appended patch improves the walk time from ~12s to ~8s.
