Python Serial Port Extension / News: Recent posts

A new pre-release is available at https://github.com/pyserial/pyserial/releases

Development moved to https://github.com/pyserial/pyserial
Docs: http://pyserial.readthedocs.org/

This is primary a bugfix release but it also has major updates:
- Python 3.x compatibility
- use ctypes on Windows (no longer depending on extra package pywin32)
- use bytes type when available, compatibility with Pythons new io library

This release includes support for Win32, Linux, BSD and Jython.

Any feedback is welcome.
