[Pysdl-devel] running SDL Scrolling program on exiting Video

BlankDear All,
              Good day, I am New to this SDL stuff,It a very happy =
problem to me,
I am developing a scrolling program to scroll text and imgae,This =
program will run on exiting X11 running program,Means I have to develop =
one program that will run on existing running program like you can see =
on TV channel CNN,Rnning text and image strip,
I have some queries to you all SDL gurus,
(1) How can i make program that will run on exisitng (X11)program.
(2) How can i make that scrolling area Transparent

I will very greatfull to you all,Please try to help me out.
