Actually I get good information from the regular SDL
list even though I don't really program in C at all. 
There are a lot of applicable discussions about how to
do blitting and updating rectangles, that sort of
thing.

The new version of PyAliens is pretty good for that. 
It would be nice to have a place for people to upload
things they've done with PySDL, I'd contribute to
that.
