[Pysdl-devel] PySDL 0.0.4 released.

I just put up 0.0.4 which has fixed a few bugs, and added SDL_mixer/audio
support. I also added two more examples which use the audio capabilities of
PySDL. Currently you can't do low-level sound manipulation, but you can load
and play various sound and music files. The current functionality should cover
what most people would want.
I'll prolly add low-level manipulation for the next release.
