#1 Cannot acces CVS repository

Even though the Site Status does not indicate any
downtime relating to the CVS service, I consistently
get a "Cannot access /cvsroot/CVSROOT" error message
when trying to query/update my ' pysclint' project (cvs
ci, cvs status, cvs update, etc). I am using the
":ext:" method. It worked before, but it does not any more.

Please help.
