#108 Support fo touch screen

Really need the support for touch screen (Symbian S60 Taco 5 OS, Nokia 5800). It's working on it, but there are a lot of bugs. For ex. there is no scroll bar in the standart Listbox. So using of the standart interface functions from appuifw is very uncomfortable.
