I'm currently having troubles accessing the opal service required on Pyrx to run Autodock 4. It seems like the server is not working anymore on "http://kryptonite.nbcr.net/opal2/services" but maybe it is because I'm using the free version of Pyrx? Could it be that my link to the opal services is not up to date?

This service have been retired as of April 30, 2020 - http://nbcr.ucsd.edu. You can run Autodock 4 with the free version of Pyrx on your own Linux cluster.

This service have been retired as of April 30, 2020 - http://nbcr.ucsd.edu. You can run Autodock 4 with the free version of Pyrx on your own Linux cluster.
