After docking, it always resulted 8 docking poses. How I change number of docking poses? Basically, I want only 1st docking pose so is there any option to change this number(8) to one?

Good question. Yes, in the latest version, there is an option to set Vina parameters. You can set the Num modes to 1 to have only one pose in the output.
