Starting on IrrlichtDevice

Finally, after weeks and weeks of groundwork and plumbing, I'm finally ready to start implementing IrrlichtDevice, arguably the singularity at the heart of the Irrlicht black hole. Maybe before long, I'll actually be able to create a real window. I'm all tingly with anticipation.
