[Pyrecade-devel] Big Changes

So first I decided we should start using the mailing list just for shits and
giggles.  Maybe someone else will see it and pitch in.  Second, I made some
HUGE changes to the way the config files work.  You should do an update to
see all that has changed.  It was a lot of work, but I think it's the better
way to go.  Of course I didn't know about the ConfigParser module when I
first wrote it :)
