PyQwt3D is a set of Python bindings for the QwtPlot3D C++ class library which extends the Qt framework with widgets for 3D data visualization. It supports the use of PyQt, Qt, QwtPlot3D, the Numerical Python extensions (either NumPy, and/or Numeric, and/or numarray), and optionally SciPy in a GUI Python application or in an interactive Python session.

This is a major feature enhancement release:
- support for Python-2.5
- support for Qt-4.2
- a small subset of OpenGL has been wrapped
